Correction: 8/8/25

We corrected Court invalidates deed restrictions on Webster Woods: Major implications for valuation to note that the 17.4 acres to be taken by eminent domain were reduced to 14.7 acres, excluding land that was already protected by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR).
