Zoning Board of Appeals will meet virtually (Zoom link) on Tuesday, May 19 at 10:00AM. The agenda includes:

  • Motion and vote to meet in Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3), to discuss litigation strategy concerning the pending Housing Appeals Committee case: 41 Tusnua, LLC v. Newton Zoning Board of Appeals, No. 2023-13. The case concerns the Board’s denial of a comprehensive permit, pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40B, for construction of a 16-unit residential development located at 41 Washington Street.
  • Open Session: Discussion and vote on the above item
