- Relocating Ward 2, Precincts 2 and 3 polling locations — 6-0. The polling locations will move from Cabot Elementary School, 229 Cabot Street, back to the Cooper Center for Active Living, 345 Walnut Street. The Cooper Center previously served as a polling place before construction moved voting to Cabot; the change restores it and moves voting out of an elementary school. Affected voters will be notified by direct mailing and signage at both locations.

Absent: Councilors Baker and Micley.
