Development Review Team (DRT) will meet this week regarding the following potential project/proposals (see DRT Snapshot):
- 777 Winchester Street: Two amendments to the existing special permit to permit a signage package exceeding what the ordinance allows and to permit valet parking for up to 25 cars in one level of the garage during the day.
- 221-223 Adams Street: Proposed mixed-use development with five residential units and commercial space on the ground floor.
- 15 Lothrop Street: Extension of an existing nonconforming multifamily use to a different nonconforming use with a total of six dwelling units, each containing approximately 1,150 square feet, without expanding the existing footprint.
