The Newton Free Library is pleased to host the MetroWest Writers’ Guild for a Writing Night on Tuesday, August 5 at 7PM. Whether you are new to creative writing or looking for time to work on your current project, writing with fellow writers is a great way to get inspired and connect with fellow storytellers. All forms of writing are welcome: fiction, nonfiction, poetry, theater, screenwriting, and more. There will be timed writing “sprints,” which are a great way to get words on the page. Brand new to writing? The Guild will have prompts and other inspiration resources for you. Set a goal and come write!
