Join English teachers and professional musicians — Robin Miller (flute) and Joanne Baker (piano) — for an inspiring music and writing workshop on Monday, March 30 from 4-5:30 PM at the Copper Center (345 Walnut Street, Newtonville).
Each session, Robin and Joanne will perform short, moving pieces, and then pause for you to write your thoughts, memories, or stories that the music evokes in you. Participants may choose to write independently or be guided through the process. The class will conclude with the opportunity to share your words with the group. “Music stirs the soul, and writing gives voice to our feelings.”
