Join the Manoment Conservation Services for a Bird Walk at the beautiful, historic Newton Cemetery & Arboretum (791 Walnut Street, Newton Centre) on Saturday, May 16 from 7:30-9:30AM.
Evan Dalton, Manomet’s Director of Landbird Conservation, will lead a two-hour walk through the arboretum in search of warblers, vireos, thrushes, and other songbirds. With spring migration at its peak, there will be plenty of opportunities to sharpen your bird identification skills.
Birders of all experience levels are welcome. Items to have: comfortable walking shoes, binoculars, and water. Space is limited, and registration is required.
