Development Review Team (DRT) will meet this week regarding the following potential project/proposal (see DRT Snapshot):
- 40 Cypress Street: Adaptive Reuse (Site Plan Review) – subdivision of lot, relocation of existing three family home, and construction of 3 unit + 4 unit homes (3 buildings, 10 units)
- 2 Executive Park Drive: Request to convert one of the office buildings at Newton Executive Center from office to medical with a parking waiver
- 23 Winter Street: Special permit for a detached ADU not meeting setbacks
