The Charles River Regional Chamber will host a virtual debate with the two candidates for the 10th Middlesex District State Representative seat: incumbent John Leary vs. Alison Leary. It will be held on July 21, 1PM-2PM. The event is free and open to all. Register here.
The focus will be on economic development, housing, workforce and non-profit issues, and more general topics may also be discussed. Questions from the business community in advance are welcome. This event will be recorded and shared later.
The 10th Middlesex District spans parts of Watertown and Newton. In Newton, it includes:
- Ward 1 Precincts 1, 2A, and 4
- Ward 2 Precinct 1A
- Ward 3 Precincts 1A, and 4
