- CPC recommendation to appropriate $347,534.91 in Community Preservation Act funding for War Memorial Stairs (#167-26) — Approved 5–2 (Councilors Kelley and Leary opposed). The Community Preservation Committee recommended appropriating funds from Unrestricted Prior Year Reserves to the Planning & Development Department for a grant to the Public Buildings Department for the War Memorial Stairs. Finance Committee vote pending June 8, 2026.
