Newtonville Historic District Commission will meet Thursday on a Certificate of Appropriateness for porch and gutter work at 142 Lowell Avenue.

Development Review Team will meet this week regarding the following potential project/proposals:
- 11-15 Suban Place: Multi-family dwelling
- 981 Chestnut Street: Addition to the existing single-family dwelling and construction of a second structure with two units at the rear
- 199 Boylston Street: Amend the existing special permit to allow a second sign for Frank Pepe
