Please join Lasell University in supporting the Centre Street Food Pantry on April 10 from 4:30-7PM at de Witt Hall (80 Maple St, Auburdale) on the campus side of university.
Tickets are $20/$10 for students and can be purchased at the door with cash or card.
Empty Bowls is a grassroots fundraising event to fight food insecurity and hunger in Newton and the surrounding area. The evening includes a simple meal of soup and bread, with live music, guest speakers, crafts, raffles, and a silent auction.
All proceeds go to the Centre Street Food Pantry and will help provide food to those in need.
Attendees will take home a one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic bowl made by a Lasell University student as a reminder of the empty bowls they helped to fill.
This is a family friendly event.
