The Church of the Redeemer (379 Hammond Street, Chestnut Hill) will host a free Flute & Piano Concert on Friday, January 30 at 7PM. Part of the Music at the Redeemer series, the concert will feature music From France to America: Voices of the Early 20th Century with Nicholas Southwick on flute and Cholong Park on piano. This unique program of French and American repertoire for flute and piano includes works by Lili Boulanger, Augusta Holmès, Philippe Gaubert, Henri Büsser, Samuel Barber, Florence Price, and Mary Howe.
Tickets are free with a suggested donation of $30/$20. Reception following and all are welcome.
