- Request for discussion and ordinance change to the city’s overnight winter parking ban, which prohibits parking on public streets between 2AM and 6AM from December 1 through March 31. (6-0, Councilor Silber not voting) The committee discussed data needs, hardship waiver, and permit options for residents without off-street parking, use of municipal lots during snow emergencies, and approaches from neighboring communities. Chair Lucas indicated he will explore forming a working group of residents and Councilors to develop recommendations this spring.
