Service Stars Kids, a Newton-based nonprofit running hands-on community service programs for kids, will host Pet Pawlooza at the Newton Presbyterian Church (75 Vernon Street, Newton Corner) on Friday, August 21, 2PM-3:30PM.
It’s a family-friendly celebration of pets and animal welfare, organized and run by our Service Stars Kids summer campers as part of a camp service project. The event will include pet-themed crafts, games, face painting, on-site pet adoptions, and a raffle featuring prizes donated by local businesses.
Donations will go toward the support of Service Stars Kids partner organizations like Great Dog Rescue New England, Ruff Tails, and ARL Boston.
