“Beautiful voice, beautiful songwriting” — Sara Bareilles

Halley Neal is an award winning singer-songwriter whose shows center on themes of positivity and peace. The formerly-Nashville-currently-Boston-based artist is joined by her back-up band of upright bass and fiddle. Halley’s lyrical folk-Americana songs are met with soaring vocals and bluegrass-inspired instrumentation. She has gained national recognition from touring across the country and from her performances at the Kerrville Folk Fest, Rocky Mountain Folk Fest, and the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Following the success of her critically acclaimed 2022 album, Beautiful and Blue, Halley is set to release her next full-length record, Letter for a Friend, which was recorded in Nashville and reflects her most intimate and narrative-driven work to date. Among her career highlights, Halley has opened for and shared the stage in a duet performance with Grammy-winning artist Sara Bareilles.

“Part of what makes Neal’s work so compelling is her ability to blend narrative-driven songwriting with performances that radiate joy, even when the subject matter lies heavy. On her new album, Letter For A Friend, her vocals are both delicate and powerful, shifting effortlessly between intimate whispers and uplifting crescendos. It’s a record that asks you to lean in and listen closely, rewarding that attention with moments of quiet revelation.”  —Jace Media
