Development Review Team (DRT) will meet this week regarding the following potential project/proposals (see DRT Snapshot):
- 23 Smith Court: Construction of a new detached accessory dwelling unit. Zoning relief: increase in floor area ratio of the unit in excess of the 1,000 square feet allowed by right.
- 36 Billings Park: Basement/first story addition to single-family home, exceeding FAR.
