- Appeal of Traffic Council Decision TC62-25 — parking on Holly Road (#120-26) — Approved as Amended 7-0. The Traffic Council had approved restricting parking on the east side of Holly Road near Beacon Street for approximately 160 feet. Councilor Charm appealed, citing resident concerns that the restriction was insufficient given the lack of sidewalks on either side of the road and the presence of a school bus stop. The committee amended the decision to add a restriction on the west side as well (130 feet north of Beacon Street). A further amendment to add no-standing restrictions on both sides failed 1-6 (Councilors Lucas, Wright, Block, Irish, Golden, and Silber opposed).
