Land Use Committee will meet in person (City Hall, Council Chamber) and virtually (Zoom link) on Tuesday, August 4 at 7PM. The agenda includes:
- Special permit/site plan approval to raze the existing building and construct a four-story commercial building with underground parking, to allow four stories and up to 48 feet in height, restricted end stalls, a reduced maneuvering aisle, to waive 47 parking stalls, and to extend the nonconforming front setback at 74 Needham Street.
