Approved

  • Transfer of $150,000 from the Cooper Center Owners’ Project Contingency to cover project closeout costs, including furnishings, equipment, and site issues that may arise in the first year after construction (7-0).
  • Transfer of $1,500,000 from the FY2026 Budget Reserve — Snow Removal, with $350,000 to Regular Overtime and $1,150,000 to Contractors, to cover snow removal hauling costs (7-0).
  • Reappointment of Jonathan Kantar to the Design Review Committee for a term expiring December 31, 2029 (7-0).
  • Reappointment of SingNing Kuo to the Design Review Committee for a term expiring December 31, 2029 (7-0).
  • Reappointment of Amy MacKrell to the Design Review Committee for a term expiring December 31, 2029 (7-0).
  • Reappointment of Stacy Roman to the Designer Selection Committee for a term expiring December 31, 2029 (7-0).
  • Reappointment of Kenneth White to the Designer Selection Committee for a term expiring December 31, 2029 (7-0).
  • Reappointment of John Synnott to the Designer Selection Committee for a term expiring December 31, 2029 (7-0).

No Action Necessary

  • Request for a pre-budget planning discussion with the Department of Public Works in preparation for the FY26 budget review (7-0). Councilors requested traffic calming, phosphorus control, stormwater management, and major equipment purchases be included in the discussion. An ongoing trash-recycling study will cover the cost savings of an every-other-week pick-up schedule and composting options.
