- 5 Rose Drive: Special permit for FAR and façade ratio to construct a second story on an existing single-story SF dwelling
- 54 Bonad Rd: Addition to existing home, exceeding FAR
- 27 Tudor Road: Special permit to have 4 garage spaces (in 2 garages)
