If you can walk, you can belly dance! Give belly dancing a try at the Cooper Center (345 Walnut Street, Newtonville) on Wednesday, May 6 at 2PM.
Belly dance is a fun way to get fit. The class works on posture, balance, grace, dance movements, and overall fitness, as you listen to wonderful music that is upbeat, fun, and exhilarating.
Previously a professional belly dancer, instructor Ellen Klapper studied modern dance and ballet. She has a master’s degree in dance Movement Therapy from NYU.
