The Land Use Committee met on Tuesday, April 14. See the report and meeting video.
Held (Public Hearing Continued)
- Special Permit at 1100-1102 Beacon Street — 8-0. “To raze the existing structure and construct a three-story building containing four live/work units with relief for a three-story structure with up to 36 feet in height and waiver of three parking stalls.” The Chair explained that deliberation was not held because the Zoom link provided to the public was not functioning, preventing many expected virtual attendees from participating. Out of respect for the Open Meeting Law, the Chair decided not to proceed. Legal notices will be re-sent for the rescheduled meeting. Petition documents
