Development Review Team (DRT) will meet this week regarding the following potential project/proposals (see DRT Snapshot):
- 17 Emerson Street: Special permit after the fact for additions to home that exceed FAR and a dormer installation that is less than three feet from the side of the roof.
- 40 Burdean Road: Addition to existing garage.
- 44 Henshaw Street: Raze and rebuild; façade ratio relief.
