Approved

  • Withdrawal of a request for a new public auto license — 7-0. The committee approved the petitioner’s request to withdraw, without prejudice, a request for one new public auto license for Fredik, LLC.

Held

  • Discussion on the City’s response to ICE — 7-0. A request to review who will respond and how the City will act should Immigration and Customs Enforcement enter Newton, to ensure established procedures are followed to protect residents and workers, and to reaffirm the City’s adherence to its Welcoming City Ordinance.
