Take part in a Barre class with instructor Annie Melanson on Thursday, March 5 from 9:30-10:30AM at the Cooper Center (345 Walnut Street, Newtonville).
Barre is a body weight-based fitness class that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance, and core, and is completely customizable to all levels. Cardio bursts and various props may be incorporated during this low-impact class. No prior ballet or other dance experience is required.
