PMC Kids Ride: Newton-Needham, Jun. 14

The Newton-Needham PMC Kids Ride will be on Sunday, June 14 from 9:00AM – 11:30AM at SharkNinja (89 A St #100, Needham).

Raise money for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute!

Register to ride. Parents will need to create an account or log in with an existing account to register their child or family. Parents will be able to select the “Virtual Rider” route if their child will not be riding in person but still wants to support the PMC Kids Rides program.

  • Registration fee: $20
  • Required fundraising minimum: $40

Schedule of Events:

  • 9 – 9:50AM – Rider and volunteer check-in, bike tune up
  • 9:50 – 10AM –  Opening Ceremonies
  • 10 – 11AM – RIDE!
  • 11 – 11:30AM – After party with raffle, food and more! 

Routes

  • SharkNinja Loop: A .46 mile route that starts at SharkNinja and goes around the building. This loop will have volunteers stationed throughout and kids can ride as many loops along this route as they would like.
  • Tot Loop: Located within the parking lot at SharkNinja, this is the perfect option for our younger crowd and those needing assistance with riding. Kids can ride as many loops along this route as they would like.
  • Virtual Rider: Virtual riders are those who would prefer to ride on their own and not in person at the event. Virtual riders who raise $50 or more will receive an official PMC Kids Rides t-shirt and water bottle at the end of June for spring rides or at the end of September for fall rides. Virtual riders have no registration fee or fundraising commitment.
