Cooper Center: Elder Law 101, Jun. 10

The Cooper Center (345 Walnut St, Newtonville) presents Elder Law 101 led by elder law attorney Wendy Guthro on Wednesday, June 10 from 1:30PM to 3:00PM.

Wendy will discuss the essential legal documents needed to prepare for life’s uncertainties. The presentation will cover the differences between a will, a revocable trust, and an irrevocable trust, how each is used, and how your estate is administered based on the plan you put in place. Time will be reserved for questions.

This event is part of the statewide Elder Law Education Program presented by the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA). It corresponds with the publication of the revised and expanded “2026 Elder Law Education Guide,” the 17th edition of the resource guide, which is available at www.massbar.org/elderlaw.

RSVP at 617-796-1660 or www.myactivecenter.com.
