Hurry Sundown is a Boston-area band that’s been playing country like rock — and rock like country — and earning a devoted following. The band’s repertoire includes songs by Bob Seger, Darius Rucker, John Denver, Poco, Sturgill Simpson, Bonnie Raitt, The Outlaws, Wings, Elton John, Cake, John Mayer, Steely Dan, New Riders of the Purple Sage, Jackson Browne, The Who, Stealers Wheel, The Bee Gees, The Eagles, and Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young.
