Scandinavian Cultural Center & Library will be showing Let The River Flow at the Nordic Hall (206 Waltham Street, West Newton) on Saturday, February 14 at 1PM.

Let The River Flow is a story of a young teacher, Ester, hiding her Sami identity to avoid being exposed to racism. After finding herself drawn to demonstrations against a big dam development in Alta, a personal journey out of the shame she has carried for so long begins.
