Ordinance amendments to dimensional controls for residential development on Business Use (BU) lots, with focus on lots in and adjacent to residential neighborhoods
Two referred items on the impact of recent ordinance changes — including the 60% facade build-out ordinance and changes on housing costs and new growth
Appointing Christopher Markiewicz and Sapir Ng to the Zoning Board of Appeals, and Dante Capasso as an alternate member
Reappointing Doug Cornelius to the Newton Historical Commission
