Sunday, May 24: To honor Newton’s fallen service members, local veterans and officials will place wreaths at monuments around the city and over the Massachusetts Turnpike bridges on Sunday, May 24. The procession will begin at 8:30AM at American Legion Post 440 (295 California Street).
Monday, May 25: On Memorial Day, the reverent Memorial Day ceremony will include a multi-stop ceremony at the Newton Cemetery & Arboretum (791 Walnut Street) starting at 10AM.
